Position Overview
The Back WoRX is not your typical massage clinic.
We specialize in reverse-engineering pain patterns to help people suffering from chronic neck, back, and sciatic pain finally find lasting relief. Our work focuses on identifying the true source of pain — not just treating where it hurts.
We are currently looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who enjoys solving problems, working with purpose, and helping patients get real results.
Our therapists are trained in The Back WoRX Method, which combines detailed assessment, neuromuscular techniques, and corrective treatment strategies to address the root cause of pain patterns.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond relaxation massage and develop advanced clinical skills in pain relief and functional treatment.
You will work with a wide range of patients — from teens, active adults to seniors — who are seeking real solutions for chronic pain conditions.

Position Requirements
Active Florida Massage Therapy License
- Strong interest in clinical or therapeutic massage
- Comfortable working with patients experiencing neck, back, and sciatic pain
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to follow assessment-based treatment plans
- Willingness to learn The Back WoRX Method
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
